    Author of "Rethinking Agile"; Founder of Flight Levels Academy

    Dr Klaus Leopold, computer scientist, Kanban pioneer and creator of the Flight Levels Model, has many years of experience as a top management consultant. He advises companies worldwide on how to act agile on the market. Klaus is author of the bestseller Rethinking Agile, Practical Kanban and co-author of the standard work Kanban Change Leadership.

    Klaus regularly speaks at renowned Lean and Agile conferences worldwide and was awarded the Brickell Key Award for „outstanding achievement and leadership“ in San Francisco in 2014. He is co-founder of the Flight Levels Academy and he publishes his current thoughts and experiences in the world of Flight Levels and organisational development on his blog www.LEANability.com.     Magdalena Firlit is a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer. She also serves as an Agile Consultant, university lecturer (Agile leadership), mentor, life and business coach. Magdalena has had over 19 years of professional experience and 14 years in an IT environment. She has been teaching people professionally since 2014 and specializes in Agile transformations and support for business during a change. She provides courses and workshops related to Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and soft skills. Magdalena is a speaker at conferences, meetups, and workshops. Additionally, is the co-organizer the first Liberating Structures meetup in Poland, Kraków.

    Johannes Schartau

    I am an Agile Coach, international speaker, complexity and integral thinker, Liberating Structures user, and Zombie Scrum fighter. I am also the co-author of the "Zombie Scrum Survival Guide" together with Christiaan Verwijs and Barry Overeem. Out now as part of the Professional Scrum Series at Addison-Wesley.

    Artur Margonari

    Artur Margonari is passionate about Agile, which he applies daily in his personal life. He works as Agile Coach, Trainer, and Facilitator at InspirationOwl Belgium and has more than 10 years of experience in practicing and helping organizations to be more Agile, to form powerful teams, and to deliver great products and services. Having worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master in different departments and in various environments/core businesses, he was able to learn a bit more about the end to end flow and product cycle, with a 360° view. 

    He invests his free time organizing the Agile Tour Brussels, Agile Consortium Belgium Conference (previously), and meetups. His essence can be represented by Mahatma Gandhi’s saying: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” Hobbies & passions: music (listening and playing), archery, martial arts, fast learning, and traveling.
